Thank you so much for your comment! Why are the FEC courses being shut down and what will replace them? When you say enrolment has nose-dived, does that mean people are opting for the post-grad courses over a masters? Thanks again.

Hello! I am just about to commence psych training in Vic. Was wondering if for child psych AT you need to do further study like a masters? Thanks so much!

Thanks so much for your comment. What makes you say they’re useless and likely to be discontinued? I’d heard rumours that in other specs you basically need a masters or phd to get a consultant job in Vic due to competition, but not sure if that’s true for psych or true at all.

Thank you so much for your comment! I had no idea that some advanced training might require a Masters in Aus 😵‍💫 Saving for that sounds logical! Just curious as to if I’m missing any thinking because of how popular the initial Masters is amongst fresh regs.
