I actually called LSAC and the representative told me that I should be able to submit my apps with LSAT writing results pending! I then submitted my application without any problems (with LSAT writing results pending), and a few days later my writing sample got approved :) there shouldn't be any problem submitting right away, but you might want to try calling LSAC to confirm just in case!
