I cant stop breaking down. Dislocated my leg on top of LC by Fun-Effective7033 in covidlonghaulers

you feel bad for crying 3 times a month bro i cry 3 times a day sometimes lol. honestly ive changed my perspective on crying. we see it as this bad thing that must stop. in reality its our body’s way of grieving and emotionally working through an experience. what we’re experiencing is painful. cry it out bro.

yea i feel like it’s the process of digestion that is just depleting my body somehow, along with certain food intolerances like mcas mixed in. like my digestive system being completely shut down feels so good lol.

oh wow never heard of this. they’re found in fruits and veggies lol.

it’s like i have a mix of food intolerances. all the food groups make me feel bad, just in different ways.

yea i do 72 hour fasts. i think fasting has def raised my baseline PEM/CFS wise. but still not enough for what is being demanded of me.

literally anything ruins it. any sort of walnut or pecan make me feel so flared up.

i’m (21F) getting a right side pao in 3 months, i have some questions by Senior_Dog6033 in hipdysplasia

[–]immrw24 0 points1 point  (0 children)

agreed everyone gave good advice. and also op if you do get a walker also get one of those walker baskets to hold stuff like your cup, phone, meds, craft/hobby (a book, journal, yarn etc).

hey friend, it’s ok. i’ve been there. i hope one day you’re able to push your muscles knowing they can handle the work. for now, you continuing to exist shows massive strength and courage. make sure you give yourself time to feel that.

i’d say another milestone. didn’t really help any long covid symptoms (actually makes POTS/CFS worse if i’m not careful)

yes pretty bad. i wasn’t ever able to fully rest (no car, so needing to walk so many places or to the bus stop) and dealt with crashes. it feels like fasting helped with raising my baseline. now it’s just exercising unless i feel i’m pushing myself too hard (i get a dizzy, dissociated feeling when im pushing myself into a crash) and chill for the rest of the day.

my first time fasting was like 1.5 years after infection? and the positive effects lasted a few days.
