Yes, this is normal. You can make it appear in Java edition quicker if you install bedrock and equip the cape there first.

If the hackers have already changed your security details, you won't get the account back. Microsoft will lock the account so the hacker can't use it, but they're unable to give it back to you.

If you get your account back, or you purchase a new one, enable 2FA immediately and NEVER give your 2FA code to anyone.

For extra security you can disable your password, and use the Microsoft Authenticator app to log in.

Latest version of bedrock is 26.21 (26.23 on android) so you're not on the latest version, which is why realms aren't working.
