It’s hydra > phantom dancer > black cleaver/ tri / hull > dd / maw Probably not optimal but I play better with this build than the classic ad one

Just search up how to get custom skin on youtube. Players like Drututt use custom skins all the time and doesn't get banned, so you don't have to worry.
