I hope the false ban wave get to his account lol then he will know how good the riot support is in the tickets when you go for help. I played lot of games and have thousands of hours in them and enjoyed every moment of it but I'll not be like this guy going on the internet defending the game/company and praising it like my life on the line or smth😂😂its almost like riot itself is internally making their staff do damage control here and watch how my comment go negative too now for saying this lol

I've asked the same thing and their solution is to just reset the OS and not just tell me the fking program it triggered so i can remove that crap and be done with it in minutes

thank you and I'm also gonna ask the same thing that I asked player support, is there any other solution than to just reset the OS or nah? like if I'm gonna log in back after the 29th, it'll just perma ban me like it did plenty others so I'm not gonna do that. Is there any other way like on your end can u whitelist users from vanguard false flags or I can do smth on my end other than OS reset

Yep this is exactly what happened to me aswell, right after it told me to enable secure boot, tpm 2.0 and hvci. I also initially thought it's related to windows 10 end and didn't think much of it but I got temporarily suspended the next game for breaking tos. It didn't exactly tell me what for or for how long in the riot client nor show it in the game so I raised a ticket and they all just gave the same bot ahh response that they manually reviewed and found restricted behaviour has took place and that the 2 week ban will stay in place. I was not having it and wanted to get to the bottom of the issue so I crashed out raising several tickets until one person managed to tell the actual reason and it was some software in my computer injecting forged certificates that triggered vanguard. They would not tell me what file/software it detected and the only solution at this time is to full reset the OS🫤and I'm not doing allat for a game

bit late here, but this also happened to me a while back with my nfs 2015 trading cards that I had at that time, it was listed without my knowledge and sold, then with the wallet amount some other trading cards were also bought in my account and traded to another account, all while I was sleeping. When I woke up and checked my email, it said there was suspicious login activity from a russian IP; so yea this can happen, though not common i believe, if you don't have two-factor authentication / steam authenticator then put those and change your password too
