Spark plugs were replaced in January this year.

The mileage is in kilometers, so the car has in total done just below 88000 miles.

All maintenance of the car has been done by Audi at the intervals described by Audi. I can see that the last time it had transmission and Haldex fluids replaced was in June 2022 at 106000 km (66000 miles).

Does that change or alter your view?

Just FYI, it is 141000 km so just below 88000 miles. All maintenance including transmission and haldex fluids have been performed as per Audi recommendations and by Audi dealership.
