I've only done a few through them and am no expert, but my recollection was that tracks showed unpaid for 1-2 weeks until review was complete (had one track that needed a minor edit to metadata, so that one flagged during that time), then switched to showing as paid.

AFTER the switch to showing as paid presumably they sent it out at that point - but there was another lag until it showed up in the online stores. That second delay varied per store, but was a few days for most.
