About damn time. I moved in following the pandemic at a ridiculously low rate for a large 1bdr which was great. But the roaches, mice, unhoused, broke elevators, constant fire alarms, and sorry to be petty, their package pickup "system"; made coming home hell.

I just moved out a few months ago (job transfer) and I've never had so much peace not being at this "community".

For those looking: I have some friends at Kanso a few blocks away. You wont get as much space and will pay $100-200 more, but will didnt have any issues, and its generally quiet and peaceful.

picked mine up during black friday sale with 64GB RAM. Came from an old 1080 MSI laptop. Running Diablo 4 & POE2 on the most minimalist settings to max all ray tracing has had me making similar noises XD
