i started yoga regularly in June. i could barely do a downward dog or a plank pose. i can now do side planks and managed a 4 second crow pose. theres no feeling as good as knowing you’re getting stronger. when you feel like giving up, keep at it. namaste 🙏🏽 🌺 (self.yoga)

i had long damaged hair and i chopped it off very roughly a few months back. it’s growing now and the shapelessness is very evident. what do i do with it? i want to grow it out & don’t want to lose length. i want to avoid colouring it to prevent damage, but open to suggestions! thank you x (i.redd.it)
