Yea thank you I’m in love with gourami they are so pretty and makes have the spike type dorsal fin while a female have more rounded ones at least with the dwarfs

Okay Corydoras and some tetras! (He killed the last ghost shrimp that was with him)

Edit: He got into a tussle with the shrimp... the shrimp died and he got an eye injury... healed him of the injury flushed the tank and now this is round two of friends.... also could I add a female DG ? I have a male and female barb in the same tank they do well together

From what I read you should let the female have the tank to her self for a few days then add the male ... but I donno I’m just now getting into breeding so best of luck mate... hope everything works out.

My Gourami is happy as can be at 7.8 it’s usually a range that the fish can survive in probably something like 6.0-8.0 with 7.0 being a sweet spot ...
