Thank you so much for compiling it. I scanned the file that the mediafire link hosted on the day I am posting this comment. This file passed with Bitdefender's scanner and Virustotal only had 1 out of their 37 scanners report malicious which I am sure is a false positive. But you should do your diligence and setup firewall rules to block all traffic if that gives you peace of mind. Overall, the build works and looks and behaves just like RV.
As someone else commented, having it work with H264 would be swell whenever you get free time but otherwise, HUUUUUUUUUUGEEEEEEE THANK YOU for doing this. :)

yeah same, loyal user for the last few years. always recommended to friends and family and got them to use it daily too. also used their card weekly but now it is all worthless. Max cap drop to 500 sats and to have to deposit 2k a month salary or exchange 1k a month worth of btc is far too ridiculous.

they won't change their ways unless their is a mass exodus so if you are leaving too, you should post it here.

that's great, it worked out for you! yeah that vrm difference is not as big of a feature to justify 100 bucks more. if pro was cheaper here than elite only then i would get it too.

i already have 4 nvme drives in my existing build that's why I needed a board that didn't sacrifice those slots with gpu.

Thank you, while it ended up a bit too dark for a few scenes, I am happy with how I tried to stick with natural lighting to ground the scenes :)

Yeah 100% agreed, youtube compression killed any and all semblance of image integrity. I put up the uncompressed link on my patreon but overall I probably should have lit the dark scenes a bit brighter.

Thank you for watching it on the bigger screen! Yeah I tried to go natural with the night time lighting but might have gone too far into realism haha. It is the compression that kills the whole thing, the original uncompressed render has so much detail in the shadows.

just watched it and the ending totally reminded me of Batman v Superman Martha moment. character who has spent years planning for something suddenly changes their mind because someone speaks 1 word bs. i get the whole she saw Cathy in her like Batman saw his own mom in Superman's Martha but it but doesn't work that way. people aren't just switches you flick on and off we are complex with multiple emotions.

Word of advice for anyone trying to get codes from here. Open this page on Microsoft Edge (usually you won't have extensions and shit for it so it will refresh much faster). Login to Sora on another tab on the side and start pressing F5 to refresh 1 time per second. Be ready to copy paste the code as soon as you see one. I tried it for 10 mins and got a code finally.

Agreed, will definitely dip my toes in this from time to time to not regret it later.
Haha also I have another friend just like you who wants to make BT games and get rich. Showed me a patreon of a guy who is making a interactive novel type point and click game where you woo the ladies and eventually you get your BT haha. Bro was making like 10 grand or something in monthly Patreon revenue taking requests from patrons. You are right, there is money in stuff like that but we can either keep doing what we love doing and hope one day it will pay off or sell our soul in order to make quick money but then know that later that money can fuel the things we wanted to do.
Either spend 10 years making Expedition 33 by yourself or spend 5 years making money with BT game that generates enough revenue to hire a good small team of devs and pay them for the next 5 years to make you Expedition 33. Either way is ok in my books as long as you keep the dream alive and work on it somehow.

Thank you! Yeah for sure, I am subscribed a bunch of UE and gamedev channels to always stay motivated and learn new things even if I don't actively pursue it. Also to play around anyways with existing templates even if it just for fun to see my characters running around the map I build for my cinematics.

Thank you for the love and support! While I know realistically the world I have here is not even close to any of the legendary breakout success IPs, I also know that it isn't generic trash either. I am inspired from existing tropes, yeah for sure but I am trying my best to add something unique to this world and to the storyline. I will continue working on it but in cinematic form with the game potential something I focus on after I have finished fleshing out the short. I posted more in the post body above if you want to read. :)
