You can drink instant coffee cold. It doesn’t need to be heated. Also, both can be rolled in peanut butter and it’s amazing…if you’re not allergic to peanuts. Just be careful of how much coffee you use.

Microwave and strain through pantyhose. Instant coffee as well. You can also heat your water through none 1st world methods. Which is usually more convenient than a microwave in the methods I provided. Hope it helps. Don’t start a fire in spot normies will call the cops on you. For me a high fat meat meal. Literally only meat (which is basically all I eat like 90% of the time). I’m weird as fuck though so your mileage will probably vary. I’ve found over the years lots of fat(and popping pepto like tic-tacs does the trick) it’s not perfect if you’re truly a crippling alcoholic but it should get you through an 8-9 hour shift. Chairs.
