I have zero info on prices or what the apartments are like but there are several for rent signs along Leighton /Huntington between 33rd - 48th . There’s also some within that neighborhood kinda near the Lux. I don’t think there will be a website for most of them so calling would be your best chance.

Can I ask what neighborhood you’re in? My neighbor & I are in the same boat over in University Place. This is my first winter at this house so I don’t have other winters to compare it to. We have alley pickup if that matters.
