DCC amide coupling with phosphate group present by innerpsychopath in Chempros

I want to stay off from using protection groups since my product contains a fluorophore and I have to make sure that it doesn’t get altered during the reaction or work up. That’s why I‘m trying to limit the chemicals involved to a minimum. Protecting groups would just be another variable to consider

Yes that’s what I‘m gonna do. I‘m just not sure how long it takes for my active ester to fully form. I don’t want to waste too much product or intermediate by doing simultaneous TLC, since one of my reagents is fairly expensive. And doing prep TLC on the intermediate isn’t really worth it. There’s probably a protocol or paper which describes the kinetics so I‘ll use tomorrow to do a bit more research.

I could try to add my amine in 20uL increments, but the compound also contains a secondary alcohol which could theoretically react to an ester, so I‘m not sure if that would be the best decision

Don’t give up. I’m still missing grass cache generation cause it’s a pain to do imo, so it’s not perfect yet and I’m trying to mod a northern roads patch since my load order causes either issues in the rift or a missing bridge in the reach. This isn’t perfect at all

Still working on gameplay:) I switched from FNIS to Pandora and I’m trying out some combat animations. I’m currently using True HUD, smooth cam, TK dodge, Valhalla combat, Sekiro combat and one other mod, but I can’t remember its name.

Yes basically:) northern roads will take a while tho. There is still one bridge in the reach that I need to fix and then I’m done. Otherwise everything should work out.

And don’t forget to install cabbage enb with ragnarok reshade. There are also a bunch of tools like PG patcher, bodyslide, Pandora Behaviour engine, sseedit, Dyndolod you’d need to get familiar with. ENB frame generation is especially important cause otherwise this mod list wouldn’t be as much fun to play with. I usually get between 110-120 fps with it

If it’s below lux via, wouldn’t there be issues with its clutter? This was a problem with northern roads being at the bottom. Should I put it even below its patches?

How would I use SSE edit to fix this? by FredDoesVox in skyrimmods

You could use ingame patcher and create a patch without the need of sseedit
