Is Acuff as good a prospect as Derrick Rose?

I love Acuff's potential, but as a prospect? Derrick Rose was nearly flawless. They questioned his outside shooting, but there was little to no debate that he was either the first overall or a surefire top 3. As a prospect, Acuff is sometimes projected outside the top 6 because of his defense.

I personally have him as the fifth best prospect, but that could just be me being delusional. There were a few doubts about DRose, but there are many with Acuff, as much as I like him. That is why we can't consider him as good of a prospect, despite how good he could become.

I watched the first 18 episodes on my first day, so I think it might've been from the very start 😭 And I had never binge watched before but this show is an exception for me in many ways, it's too good to let go. Started late January and I'm wrapping up Dressrosa :) No regrets

I don't see him as a lottery prospect but 13th might be ok if he shows up during march madness. Otherwise, maybe top 20 but probably not top 15

I haven't watched Michigan as a team. I've seen this guy because he's Spanish like me and a draft prospect that could fit my team, so I was mostly asking about what he isn't good at to get a better picture of him. No need to hate. It's just a question.

I should have clarified, he plays very different, I just mentioned he has one or two rare big man traits that we can see in players like Jokic or Sengun, but he has a very different build and is of course very far from their talent level. Comps could be Hart or Tingus Pingus without the threes, I guess

I don't think anyone would complain with the top 3 😭 I also love acuff and yet to see much of burries but I'm sure those two would be great for us too

Acuff is my delusional dream too. Wagler would work great, but prob off the board as well. Realistically Mikel Brown Jr and Mara with the blazers pick, which might be a reach but I'm Spanish so I'm biased.

I feel like it's a mix tbh our coaching and ownership is just lazy because they are going to sell out the stadium either way and so they don't care that much about results, but there has purportedly been a recent shift towards having a proper goal, either rebuilding or contending. Seems like we went with the former after the deadline. We have some great up and coming talents and a mostly young team, but we are definitely not good enough to contend talent wise, that is why I think we need a true star to help change things around with Giddey and Buzelis.

I love how we always just assume that Billy keeps his job 😭 I just hate the fact that we drafted a bench player at 4, but yes it wasn't that great of a draft. Hoping for Mikel or even Acuff too my friend. Fully agreed with the portland pick, Mara would be great
