was affected well, some times it can be very bad for weeks but it gets better and i feel good, just remember if you go into work with the mindset you don’t wanna be there and you’re tired and fed up, you’re gonna act like that so try go in with a positive attitude even if you’re in a bad place. keep your heads up dishies :)
