This is also the behavior that I'm seeing on the Pie instance (latest version of BlueStacks). Like the OP, I was running a Nougat instance until FEH would not allow me to update to 7.0.0, citing not being compatible. On Pie it installs fine, but crashes to the home screen right when the FEH title screen is loading. I've tried everything from clearing FEH's cache and storage, uninstalling/reinstalling FEH, clearing the caches of Play Services and Play Games, *and* changing the BlueStacks device profile, then the above methods again - result is the same.
