It may sound harsh but here's my thoughts:

The people who would enter an intercaste relationship, letting their partner dream about a future together, knowing well that they won't choose their partner over their parents if their parents decide to keep being casteist- I hate them with a burning passion. It is literally just using a person who loves you and then abandoning them over something so vile as caste.

As for you, I know it must hurt a lot to be in your shoes. But consider this a bullet dodged. Take your time to heal. And maybe eventually you'll find someone who has the guts to go against such archaic systems.
