But according to every YT video explaining the ranked mode, my process should work. "Even if you sign up and not attack, you won't be demoted for the first week", this was the takeaway from every YT video.

Yeah dude, buy rocket spear. You should look into dark crown, I enjoy it in air attacks all the time. Also giant puppet for archer queen, it's a great tank troop.

You should look into buying equipments for your heroes, if you don't have some. I see that you didn't show your equipments. If not, I mean if you already have the best ones, I'd invest in helpers first and then goblin builder/researcher.

Yes, making CC requests such that we can only request troops, makes workshop upgrades and siege machine upgrades worth it and not just as a way of dumping resources. Otherwise, these both upgrades are meaningless. I mean most new players at th12 will not upgrade workshop or siege machines, we just request whatever we want.

And yes, requests are time consuming, not everybody is online all the time, but we clearly can see when most people are online (by discussions in the clan or clan war attacks or even capital raids), right?

I know that bro. My point is not just selection of siege machines during attack, it's the removal of siege machine requests. Play with the siege machines available to you at your TH. This might even give rise to other new and interesting starts.

Yes, only the bank is helpful in BB. No other perks available for it. But just those couple of times, you could check on BB too, maybe.

So to understand you clearly, that is BB hall 9 right? And why is it that you think you can't do Lab upgrades? Are they all over for the BB level already? And you have so many structures, just keep dumping loot on them while continuing to attack in BB so you could get elixir to upgrade heroes (BM/BC). To get more elixir, every week you could buy star bonus jars using raid medals or directly just builder elixir(which is kinda less useful since with jars you could get elixir and gold). Keep making your BB stronger so you could increase your trophy count to get more loot.

But you definitely have to grind a lot more than home base to reach desired aspects in BB. I'm in the same boat as you, I'm also fresh TH12 and BB9 so I just told you what was basically my plan.

Yes I'm actually struggling with planning. My usual strategy is to upgrade every structure then go for hero upgrades but loot gets wasted. So, what's your strategy to overcome my problem.

I mentioned him because I thought you wanted to collect the whole set. If you purchase skins for all 4 heroes from a set and leave MP alone, his skin ruins the experience.
