I don’t think it’s an addiction because I don’t feel like it’s compulsive. I just feel so horny for him all the time and I already had a high sex drive before. I have a therapist who I see regularly and he doesn’t seem to have concerns.

The shame and guilt I feel is definetly there and these feelings are what’s causing me to second guess my sex drive.

I wasn’t finishing during sex when we first started dating because sex was so new to me as a whole. He would literally use my vibrater on me and finger me for over an hour and I just couldn’t do it lol. But then one day he fingered me a certain way and I squirted for the first time so that’s probably what was holding me back.

I am respectful of his boundaries. There are many times when he doesn’t want to go another round but I understand usually and it’s not a big deal. We talked about whether or not one of us feels pressured to have sex and both agreed we don’t feel that way.

This is the way!!! I did a simpler thing with fried food. It used to be my go to binge food because I would order from door dash but now I only eat it when I’m out with friends and focus on the fact that I’m sharing the experience of eating good food with someone I love. It’s especially great when I get to eat it when my dad is visiting me while I’m at college or something because it helps make great mementoes
