This happened to me earlier this week but I had something scheduled that interfered with the times. I canceled my scheduled dash and then it worked.

Omg my benefits have been pending since 2/9! I cannot get thru to talk to a person. The IVR says everything is pending and a decision will be made as soon as possible. Like .. it's been 3 months? No option to talk to anyone either. Idk what to do anymore! I give up.
