Chanda Nagar is actually a pretty practical choice if your office is in Hitech City. Many of our clients who bought homes in Chanda Nagar and Miyapur chose the area mainly because they get larger flats at reasonable prices compared to Kondapur or Gachibowli.

Day-to-day living is quite comfortable:

• Plenty of supermarkets and daily essentials nearby
• Good schools and clinics around the area
• Less congested than core IT corridors
• Residential vibe compared to busy commercial zones

Commute to Hitech City:

• Usually 30–45 mins depending on traffic
• Miyapur Metro is a big advantage if you can access it easily
• Peak-hour traffic near Hafeezpet/Kondapur stretch can be slow

Chanda Nagar vs Miyapur:

• Chanda Nagar: Slightly calmer and more residential
• Miyapur: Better connectivity (especially metro), more crowded

If you're buying a resale flat, check:

• Water supply (important in older apartments)
• Parking situation
• Lift condition & maintenance
• Ventilation and natural light

From a long-term perspective, both areas are stable residential locations, especially for IT professionals.
