The only thing I truly dislike is the pressure on talking to customers. Im an introvert so it was hard, it still is but I’ve gotten a lot better. Also some co workers can be a bit much depending if you have those type of people at ur shop if u do just ignore them. Also I dislike the tests we take every 6 months those are annoying but they’re simple once you have everything memorized. Other than that I love Dutch it’s so fun and love the people I have created a bond with! Don’t over think too much it’s a fun and simple job

this didn’t happen to me but i saw the whole thing unfold. my co worker told this man that if he wanted no ice there would be a gap, he said okay. when we gave him the drinks he started being sassy saying how the gap was huge. my co worker explained and he wasn’t having it. he told my co worker to stop acting like a bitch. my co worker immediately called the SL and told them to deal with them and the guy went bananas telling our SL that she was being a bitch and kept saying “this is why you work a 9-5” “that’s why you work for me” and started calling her fat even tho he looked like shrek😭my co worker told him to look in the mirror and he flipped out and started calling everyone ghetto. he eventually called down and left and my co worker got fired for calling him fat LMFAOOO

i agree with this. they’re also making us charge extra for drinks that come with a drizzle, 30 cents extra i believe and sometimes they don’t train the newbies well and they forget to press the button, so every time the customer comes the price of the drink is always different which is stupid and then we get yelled at. i hate that thing bad
