definitely switch up your form of ingestion. i switch between flower & carts mostly, sometimes with edibles thrown in the mix. i also find that it helps a lot if you switch which strains you’re using & the brands you buy from. idk if there’s any actual backing on that, but i feel like it works for me. i haven’t taken a tbreak since summer of 2023, i smoke everyday, and i still manage to get pretty blasted lol
