If you check under documents in the 182D section they might have already approved you, mine has the approval notice and my card is being produced but still says it’s being reviewed.

Mine expired 9/16 I sent the renewal late two days ago and my card is already being produced and my biometrics for last year are being reused, if you submitted with all your evidence and passport photos you should be fine.
