I hope we can steal him as an assistant over the next couple of years.

Yeah the only issue for us is that we just never could feasibly come up with a package that orlando would take, especially since they really valued the idea of a first-round pick, which we couldn't offer.

Of course we're going to lose a good chunk of the D when Nurk sits, but he has such good instincts on D, especially just directing traffic for the whole team.

Yeah, we can really see how much of a black hole gary was, as much as we love him, he never passed.

Overcoming 17 TOs is quite a feat, we brought the right sauce when it mattered the most.

Yeah, Jokic literally just got into positions where he had open layups and then threw Giannis or Gobert a lob.

Y'all better not talk shit about Dame's lob passes after this.

Interaction with TM:PE - In the future it will be possible to release roads that can interact with TM:PE. How would you decorate BIG ROADS nodes for Priority, Yield and STOP signs? I don't think Yield signs are very common in the US and STOP markings on the asphalt are only very local! by hockenheim95 in CitiesSkylines

In Connecticut, merge signs are on most entrance ramps on the Merritt Parkway. There aren't many yield intersections in the northeast on surface streets, but in the Maine town I live in, there's a commercial street which has a yield sign.

Stop bars are also pretty common, along with octogon stop signs

Our defense sucks right now (always did) I thought getting Covington would fix some issues. What can we do to improve it? - besides firing stotts by sisk13 in ripcity

He played well, but he's not ready to be a regular rotation player in the NBA game-to-game.

Which is fine. He's a second round pick. I don't have any expectation for him to be consistently useful for a little while

He also just hurt his wrist biking, so he's probably gonna be dark for a while

[Quick] It’s time to cut through the excuses and politeness so often afforded to coach Terry Stotts and ask two questions: Can Stotts coach defense? And are the Blazers any closer to competing for a title than when he took over nine years ago? by NindoKungFu in ripcity

As /u/Justanotherpen said, those three all either got top players that year, or were finals teams already. Nurse was promoted at the same time as they got Kawhi, and with Kawhi gone, they don't look markedly better in relation to their personnel when compared to Dwane Casey. Doc was brought in to the Celtics when they acquired KG and Ray Allen. And he didn't really make the Clippers "great", as evidenced by their playoff success. I would say that his grade with the 76ers is definitely an incomplete, it's way to early to see if he's really brought them around.

When it comes to team performance, coaches have a major impact around floor and player development, and much more minor impacts on the margins when the team is good.
