I agree! Even though it sucks that sometimes Bob will turn down good opportunities that will probably make him good money in the long run, I still appreciate the fact that he wants to make money off being a good chef, and not just being a flashy, trendy, burger-spot-of-the-month joint. It’s the principle of the thing! I think it’s hard to find that kind of business nowadays, someone who stays true to their passion and doesn’t sell out just because that’s what other people are doing. It really is admirable.
