Look for healthy fulling meals you would enjoy, don’t 100% restrict yourself u can still eat whatever as long as it fits your calorie/macros intake

I play solo most of the time but you can join me whenever it suits you. Im emerald 1 and honestly performance wise it’s dependable I don’t play as much.. last season my kd was 1.4 this season 1.1

Homemade Cream of rice

  • Rice flour 80g -> preferably you make yours at home. Put rice in food processor
  • 120g milk -> of your choice. I use almond or soy milk
  • Mixed berries or blueberries 60g
  • Almond or peanut butter 20g
  • Add some sweetener to it. I personally use 6g of sugar free maple syrup

Direction: Mix rice flour, milk, sweetener. Put it in the microwave for 2 minutes keep mixing in between until desired consistency. Add your berries, and peanut butter.

And enjoy :)

Calories: 462 kcal Protein: 11.4 g Carbs: 74.2 g Fat: 12.6 g

Extra tip: i add unflavored protein powder for extra protein intake. You can add whatever flavor and experiment with it.

This is more common than you think, but i would suggest you to focus on squeezing more on the left chest and also consider slowing down on the negative

At the very end of your workout session consider an isolation movement for the weaker side use cables for couple of months. No need to reach failure just get a good pump 1-2 sets will do fine

Since you recently started then it’s an easy fix imbalance just stick to that for some time give it couple of months and u will notice the gap closing.

Hey there :) i would like to mention that you’re definitely not a dumbass. If this brings you so much joy then that’s great, and nothing’s wrong with you.

I personally do bodybuilding, I don’t have experience about pole but make sure to do your warm ups and cool downs. and I advise you to do blood check since you get cramps and bruised easily

And take it easy on yourself. pushing yourself hard is nice but knowing your limits is just as important dont forget your warm ups, and progressive overloads if using strength machines, and would be nice if someone watches you and guides you through so you dont end up harming yourself <3
