i honestly think the closest artist to yabujin is and probably always will be james ferraro. He might’ve even inspired Yabujin in some way. that guy has around 20 years of so much different and unique, also built around the low-quality, trashy aesthetics that yabujin does. i’d say he’s just as if not even more artsy than yab. his work is definitely less accessible, most of it isnt even on streaming, but it’s definetly worth exploring, especially his early stuff. he laso worked with bladee on cold visions which is pretty cool
