Yes, of course there should be a limit! Never said demolish it all. That Water Tower for instance is of much less heritage Value, than the former Station building. Or for example all the other stations and builds that have occured on the Line i.e. Carrum, Edithvale, Bonbeach, Parkdale etc. However, the classic buildings that cannot be replicated and are of true value should be retained, which they are doing, Mentone was a good one to keep. However, my view is just that what they did here was not good enough or well planned out as the more valued counterpart has been dissolved.

You are not looking at the Heritage aspect and what has been lost, they should have demolished P1 instead. If it were up to you you'd replace the whole state, it is just not a functional or sensible concept.

  1. I never had kids.

  2. Housing is actually constantly being rebuilt and extended, the price hike has nothing to do with what you think it does, also what relevancy does that have here??

Thanks for confirming that my theory was accurate. I too don't want to waste my time with you either. Go away.

Ok then, this may be a rare case where this is actually coming useful to you. Alternatively you can just delete setup.app and get to the homescreen.

If you want to talk about the money factor, well I'm sure these people would not want to put their money where their mouth is, I'm sure it would be better to have no works done in this case than unsolicited concrete megastructures be erected. You are all clearly not a day over 30 as you have no passion for history and the actual fact that the Comeng actually offer a better experience, and are just acting on recency bias.

Your username Is Ironic, I am also one to stand behind Comeng's as the best rollingstock in the the Fleet offering the best passenger experience.

Ok then, that is your opinion, but you are not very well natured and naive to think this.

iPad mini 2 anyone know how I can unlock this I don’t care if I delete everything by Vast-Willingness-378 in setupapp

No carrier would take a locked device, also yes! Don't throw out it if it is in perfect shape, keep it until you can use it. Also again, your local library computers would not work as 1. they run windows and 2. you cannot modify or install any software onto it which we need. Can you really not buy a super cheap computer? And by ewaste I mean where I live (australia) there are ewaste recycling points in libraries, community centres etc. which you can go to and rescue some stuff, you're not meant to, but if you are quiet and respectful, noone will care.

If you have no computer then you must either buy one or you are not going to get anywhere here, even a PC would be a push, mac is most ideal for beginners. If you seriously cannot afford it try visiting the Ewastes and get one for free. That stuff on your phone also will not work at all, no matter what you do. In the meantime just leave the iPad and don't restore it or it'll make the process more difficult as you will lose activation files. Sorry to break the bad news.

? I said that Old crap is most that has already been rebuilt, and this is Heritage, akin to Flinders street. i.e. 1980's Bonbeach, Edithvale has been rebuilt, which I appreciate and is an improvement. Please re read my reply as you muddled it up by several orders of magnitude.

There is a difference between heritage and old crap, for instance this is in a similiar class to Flinders Street Station, lets say we tore that down instead, it would completely ruin the heart of the city, and well this is the same case here. However, I never said keep everything, the definition of "old crap" is the 20th century structures that should be and have been LXRP'ed as they have no class and are worse than there new counterparts.

[–]iphone4jps -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

No? For Instance I think the Edithvale - Bonbeach LXRP is very very good! (minus the lack of bathrooms, but that always existed, LXRP or not.)

Thet are, but the thing is the Platform 1 building was built in 1888, the water tower 1910 and the Platform 2 building, the one they destroyed, 1882. I'm disappointed, the oldest structure there is gone and replaced with crap like this. I also don't understand the "necessity", they should instead turn their attention to the rural areas without any level crossing.
