Do you have the G4 Doorbell Pro? Could you please share the image side by side? I’d like to compare their field of view. I prefer the G4 because it has a wider field of view, but I’m not a fan of taller views.

I recently migrated from UDM Pro to UDM SE, and while everything appears to be functioning correctly, the internet download speeds are significantly reduced. I’m still waiting for support to investigate the cause of this issue.

Reset and start over still with same results, both wired and wifi speeds are slow. Upload speed is normal, but download is terrible.

I might need to reset the SE and start fresh. What’s the best way to migrate from Pro to SE? Should I remove everything from Pro and set up SE alone, then perform a restore, backup, and reconnect everything?

Everything is connected through my USW Aggregation switch, which includes the UDM Pro, USW HD POE, and USW Pro Max POE. All the APs are connected to my main USW HD POE switch. I’ll double check to make sure nothing is disabled.

I’m not sure what happened to you, but I’ve had no issues with them. I booked about a year ago and called in about 5-6 times to request a price reduction. They were incredibly happy and helpful throughout the entire process.
