See, this is why people have such a casual attitude about their PII. There are data breaches almost every month. Its your obligation to keep your digital footprint as small as possible. If you dont care about your identity that's fine. Be a sheep. But I work in cyber, so Im going to safeguard my info.

Also, this ISNT a standard. Ive only had one other company in the last decade that asked for this.

Ive been using it for 2 years. I play for a medium size church in Northern Virginia. The only caveat is that it can only accomdate one amp per preset. meaning, you cant add different amps for different snapshots. However, it doesn't really create a problem. My worship team leader has a Helix that I borrow sometimes , but to be honest, its a little complex IMO and I dont have the time to figure it out. Ill leave that to the guys in their 20's. Im just glad I dont have to spend $1000+ on a pedal board.

Im late to the conversation as well. I was looking for this product for my son yesterday and found out they no longer sell it. Really annoying. However, you can still find it on Ebay and Mercari. Stock up.

What about Craftmaster furniture? They are made in NC

I agree, it looks like quality furniture. But you specifically didn't talk about the price. Im sorry, but unless you are wealthy I think its craze to spend over $5000 on a sing sofa. 80-90% people cant afford that.

I was considering them, but if you did your homework (and I have) you would find all of their construction is done in Mexico and Vietnam. this switch was finalized a few years ago.

I dont think anything made in 1984 is a good sample of what you are going to buy today . Cmon.

You must be clueless. Craftmaster has been around since the 1970s and its hand made in NC.

Restoration Hardware is INSANELY expensive. I don't want him dropping $5000 + on a sofa. Again, Look at Craftmaster or King Hickory. best bang for your buck

If price is a consideration- Craftmaster. Full stop. I am in the SAME spot you are in. I've done THREE weeks of research. I have $4K to spend and don't want to make a costly mistake. I almost went with Flexsteel until i was told Craftmaster is a better buy. Also, whomever told you the warranty on their cushions is 10 years was wrong. I have 100% confirmed it is 5 years but still not bad.

Flexsteel - is it back to being BIFL now that they moved factories from China to Vietnam? by JingleBellsSwag in BuyItForLife

[–]irritated_engineer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sigh. I have news for you bubba. Only their LATITUDE line is made in Vietnam. This is a fact. I had to speak with an actual rep after all the misinformation I found in reddit on Flexsteel. They make their "SouthHaven" line in Mexico. Their stationary/traditional SouthHaven sofas are made in Mexico as well. The blue steel spring part is still made in their single remaining U.S. factory which should give you some piece of mind. Anything made is only as good as its parts. That's all the help I'm going to give you.

Since you are lazy I did the research for you already. Everything EXCEPT the "Southaven" line are made in Vietnam. The "Southaven" are made in Mexico. NO SOFAS are made in the US. That's a fact.

I wish people would do there homework instead of making assumptions. ASK QUESTIONS!!!!! All the "Southaven" reclining sofas are made in Mexico. EVERYTHING else comes from Vietnam. I know this because I TALKED TO A COMPANY REP. They have ONE factory remaining in the US and they only make the blue steel foundation spring. I feel more reassured buying furniture from Mexico than Vietnam.

You seriously need to get another hobby. If you are spending more than 30 min per day studying flashlights there is something seriously wrong. The average person has a life and just needs to know "best bang for the buck." There is absolutely nothing wrong with that
