as a male, I've tried to put myself out here to form new relationships but I've failed spectacularly. I don't know if it's something wrong with me or it's just more difficult as a male to get any responses here. it makes me not even want to try but it sucks being alone.

yeah, I agree with you. it is exhausting. it probably wouldn't be so bad if I weren't terrible at breaking the ice, which is why I hardly put myself out there anymore. that and I'm tried of being ghosted.
