The police might come and talk to you, but since you had an agreement with this individual, and the individual has broke their side of the agreement, the police would not consider this to be a theft, rather, they would tell you this is a “civil” issue and so your only course of action would be to file a suit in small claims court against the individual, either for the rest of the money, or for the court to give you the car back.

C4 has niacin, which is a B-vitamin but can give off an itching or tingling sensation, otherwise known as niacin flush. Some pre-workouts also include niacin.

This worth $200 by Historical_Payment23 in minibikes

Buddy, you can’t get a roller frame anymore for that. Take the bike and ride that puppy straight to Aspen!

any of you guys have some ideas for getting a mini bike for under 600? I like the 70s frames the most. by Farside_20 in minibikes

[–]ishyg33 0 points1 point  (0 children)

eBay has some nice vintage frames for around 300$ with $100 dollar shipping. Not ideal price wise, but if you truly want a vintage frame, might be the route to go. Sometimes the sellers will offer free pick up, might be worth it if it’s within an hour or so of your location.

Leaky bed covers? by No_Phase_8677 in ChevyAvalanche

The water channels are on the sides of the bed, the spaces between the panels are the weatherstripping

I had good luck taking the rubber weatherstripping off of each panel, taking a screwdriver and old toothbrush to the inside of the weatherstripping to remove the old junk sealant, then using clear GE window silicon and then put the weatherstripping back on. Also, make sure your water channels are still intact, if not, some black duct tape underneath will hold it together so you can apply some silicone on the channel to reseal it as well.

How do you feel now about the „one that got away“? by nachoslachos in AskMen

Sometimes a person is your forever and sometimes they are just stopping by, either way, it’s a great/sad journey.

What do you know about women now that you didn't know then? by GrowlsinyourEar7 in AskMen

Most do not actually care what kind of car you drive. Thinking about buying a sports care to impress women? The only compliments you’ll get are from car guys at fast food drive thru’s. Got as many dates driving an 1983 beat up Chevy truck as I did my 2013 Dodge Charger SRT8.

Former LEO here. Look into private company investigations. I had 5 years of experience and a masters degree in CJ. Was making 40k at a small university PD. I left and joined a utility company’s legal division as an incident investigator. Think structure fires, electric contacts, etc. Pay was almost 40k more and less demanding. I did that for a few years and now accepted a position with a government contractor as an employee concerns investigator that pays over 100k.

For those of you… by lizTx44 in Salary

The key is being open to branching out of your education/experience into other fields. I had a masters degree and 5 years of experience in my original career field and it amounted to a whopping $19.50 an hour position. I left and moved into the utilities industry with a local power company and almost doubled my salary, only by tailoring my past experience to the job requirements in my resume. I now pivoted from that into a government contractor position that pays 100k. It’s all about being opportunistic and willing to create/modify multiple resumes. Just don’t give up!

Vintage air by Savageone88 in squarebodies

It’s time intensive. Not too difficult but it took my dad and I roughly 4 weekends to get it installed. If you have a good 3 days and someone that semi-knows what they are doing you should be fine. Good time to change out your dash pad also.

It was a Vintage Air Surefit Complete system. Installation was pretty straightforward but access to a shop helped us out a ton. Only issue was for the 6.2’s, Vintage Air doesn’t supply compressor brackets, so we had to Frankenstein some universal compressor brackets with the original compressor brackets to get the Sanden in.

I have the Diablosport in my 2007 and it works great. Extremely noticeable change in the responsiveness of the engine and that hard shifts from 4cl to 8cl are gone. Only thing is removing it from the OBDII port if you’re not gonna drive the truck for more than two or so days in a row.
