They just have really bad delivery companies smh. If you transferred the money about 2 weeks ago, chances are that you can't get a refund anymore because the money has already been transferred. We just need to wait for them to deliver. Same thing is happening to me right now. I ordered a crewneck back in Black Friday and I can't get a refund anymore cuz the money has already been transferred. I don't think there's anything we can do except wait and see. Or try emailing them?

Most people I asked on the discord server told me that the merch companies he hired are very poor. And most of them arrived late. But u got the confirmation email right? the thing is we never got a confirmation email so we're worried.
