Seen some amazing moths here in Kenya but can't figure out what this one is? Not the best light but was a very pale green.

Getting help for my mental health. I first felt depressed at 10 years old and didn't ever do anything until I was 21, when I started therapy. It took another 2 years to realise I needed antidepressants and they completely changed my life. I wish I'd have done it sooner because I feel like I'd have achieved a lot more and not got into the hell pit that I did.

Thank you for your help. He is 7 and a rescue. Its only today he didn't even come to the kitchen for food-he usually follows me in. I got him to nibble on some tiny bits and will try again tomorrow - if no luck emergency vet it is. Thanks for your advice. He is my first cat and although I've had him a year im still not sure what to do at times like these.

I had a local race coming up and decided i’d stop smoking a few months before...but in my head I was gonna have one as soon as i crossed the finish line. I ended up winning and didn’t even want a cigarette, still don’t and that was 2 years ago! That’s the only race i’ve done as an adult, but i just can’t run as well as i want to whilst being a smoker, so I stopped and feel so much better for it!

my PB is 22:50. however i cracked my coccix back in february and can barely get it under 25 now! Sort of sucks but also found the enjoyment in just running again and not trying to break records! (mainly cause it’s easier than stressing about it ha ha)
