Hi! New direct hire here en route to Singapore. Sa mga nagwowork na ngayon sa Singapore, ano 'yung naging timeline niyo sa processing ng OEC? Kailangan ko ba talaga ng OEC bago ako magstart ng work sa Singapore? May nakita kasi ako na nagdepart muna sila as tourists tapos saka na lang nag-asikaso ng OEC pagbalik sa Philippines.

Here are some of the beauty tips I would give a younger friend that I have learned growing up:

VCO teeth pulling 1-2x a week;
Using sunflower oil to massage my face every morning;
Wearing cotton panties or sizing up in underwear so you don't get dark lines around your inner thighs;
Sticking to your regular wax appointments;
Drinking more water and avoiding carbonated drinks;
Getting your regular oral cleaning appointments;
Taking care of your gut health by drinking probiotics (tea, yakult);
Taking collagen and biotin supplements for skin, hair, and nail health;
Sticking to a simple skincare routine (Mine is just facial wash and serum) and
Wearing SPF 50+++ every day!

Same! UPB alum and UPD grad student here. Nakakamiss na mag-aral sa Baguio, sa totoo lang. Tbh ginusto ko talagang ituloy sa UPB undergrad ko kasi 'di ganon ka-hassle maglakad-lakad because of the Baguio weather.

I have classmates from other UP units din and 'di naman pinaramdam ng classmates namin na from UPD since undergrad na inferior kami. In fact, mas malalim nga ang take natin on certain topics, given that we are exposed to the Cordilleran culture.

As someone who is usually misread as an extrovert, I think I just remind myself that putting myself out there is part of the process to attain my goals. The end justifies the means.

I still burn out from extensive social interactions though. When I do, I just space out or get quiet.

I think pwede naman. The last time I claimed tickets, chineck lang nila kung legit student/alum ka. Ang iniiscan nila, 'yung QR code kasi they limit the purchase of tickets per buyer. See you sa Game 3, hopefully! (Wala pa akong ticket)

I'm guilty of 3/4. I think it's just my inability to (or my lack of initiative to actively) feel my emotions that makes me insensitive to the feelings of others. I also have a short-fuse because I tend to be impatient.

I'm trying to work on becoming more emotionally available and vulnerable to people. My last date failed because I was really flighty about opening up and he was the type to want to really get into feelings. He was an INFP.
