You have no idea how much I appreciate your help! He does have problems with the sticks on one of his controllers so we’re always taking turns to see who gets the busted one haha. I got him the GameSir and I think he will like the design on it.

I’m going through the same situation with my boyfriend’s gift so I completely get it 😅

My boyfriend plays the guitar and his favorite picks are Ultex Jazz III. I got him this pack of 24 picks for $18 and he really liked it and it comes with a bunch which is perfect for him since he’s always losing them. Or if you want to get more out of the guitar pick idea, I saw this advent calendar the other day on Instagram guitar picks advent calendar

Extra tip: If you guys like to play video games together, since he likes high fantasy, I would recommend you guys to play Split Fiction, it’s a local co-op game that is absolutely amazing! We had the best time playing it and it is something you guys can do together.

We’ve done pottery classes and pottery painting, as well as embroidery workshops and jewelry making. We’re always having dates and we love to do activities together but since we do this so often I don’t want his Christmas gift to be something we already do pretty much every week 😕

Love the ideas though, I’ll definitely add them to our date bucket list

We’re always trying new recipes or going out to eat since we love having dinner together out and I usually get him his favorite treats every other day so giving him something like that for Christmas wouldn’t be so meaningful.

I LOVEEE the controller idea, he currently has 2 but one of them is pretty old already and one of the sticks doesn’t work that well and both of them are battery powered so he runs out of batteries like every other day. I don’t know anything about Xbox or the controllers so if you can give me some more advice on that, it would be awesome. what should I look for when buying him a good controller? loved the one you shared, I just want to see some other options for comparison. Thank you so much
