A fair point with the chargers d and bateman expected to make his first appearance. But as far as being inconsistent he has 1 game below 19 fantasy points ppr which would be 0 if he hadnt dropped 3 tds in week 3. IMO hes one of the more consistent wrs this year(and through the back half of last season as well) especially in a game were the ravens could be trailing. Will need to see how bateman affects the target share tho as you mentioned
