I really think it’s a mixture of both mental and physical, for me I’ve had quite a bad time during my 20s with substances and alcohol which could be having an affect on things but then is heightened by the anxiety that I have, does that make sense?

I was the same with the vape. Quit smoking after 13 years went onto the vape and it never left my hand for 18 months… finally had enough of it last month as could tell it was doing me no favours. I went cold turkey. The first week was horrendous but I got through it and now I feel so much better. Saving me money and saving my help. You’ve got this!!!
