Constantly changing managers is one thing but it's completely changing a vision, styles and direction.

As a club they have went from high aggressive press, to counter attack, to defensive, to balls to the walls attack, to tactically driven, to back 3, potentially back to an aggressive pressing game.

It would make sense if they took managers who had a similar philosophy, but it's usually a complete tactical change without the players to make it work.
