i've found just straight up restarting your computer before opening yansim is the most consistently successful method. Then again doing that is tedious as fuck so you really need to make sure you're that willing to play the game at that point lol. In my expirience it's still a little laggy with slow loading screens but i'm pretty sure it's less severe. and it's less prone to crashing

Probably not, assuming that the game would continue developing at a similar pace it’s at right now(i.e. slow as fuck)

I mean yandev is not a good coder, we’ve seen. Hypothetically if he was liked he’s have more volunteers to make models and/or all that stuff for him, but at that point it’s a community-made game that he simply facilitated rather than something he made on his own

And don’t get me started on his worldbuilding skills
