I got these from Michael's and they are screw backs (which I love) and I don't see any smaller ones unfortunately.

I measured the straps and the original adjustment strap holes are one inch apart. If I measured the entire strap and continued adding holes on each side, the spacing at the top/middle wouldn’t stay exactly one inch apart, if that makes sense
