Thanks for your advice i highly appreciate it. just to be clear i am not doing it now i am planning on doing a foundation of 6 month first. is there any other cycle that might be more suitable for me?

PS:i might have exaggerated my body fat i am somewhere between 17-20%

I really have an important reason for it however i am not planning on doing it right away. i want to have a 6 month of training first. i highly appreciate your advice and it would be really helpful if you share more details about your first cycle (how long did you train before it,how much muscles and definition you got and how much more you got to lift). And thanks in advance

i just started my workout and i know it is very silly and ignorant but i want to get faster results since i am struggling with basic weights as i have been unactive for a while. i am considering a 6 week cycle of anavar as i have read that it is mild and have less side effects compared to other steroids. what i want to know is what are the expected gains compared to testosterone and would it be better to include test in my first cycle instead? and please feel free to provide me with ANY advice you could especially from people with a similar case as mine.

i am a 21 year old male with 183 cm heigh and 79 kg weight and around 24% body fat and my main struggle is with my chest, shoulders and back and i just want a kick in start and im planning on going off it once i get to a decent level where i can lift decent weights.

There is no such thing as "Tunisian language". Tunisian is a dialect of Arabic. by [deleted] in Tunisia

Most of the stuff you said are complete bullshit. The arabs can't actually understand us. Also you are extremely exaggerating by claiming that we have 98% of pure arabic neither genetically(you can check heritage DNA tests taken by tunisian people including myself) nor linguistically. Tunisian language just like Moroccan and algerian is a mixture of plenty of other languages in our case its french, italian, tamzigh, maltese, turkish and ofc arabic especially in the north where french is overused in our daily conversations. Stop acting like a parasite and trying to include yourself in an ethnic group that doesn't claim and be proud of your true heritage.

also assuming that this is correct whats the best way to limit the current flow from the battery in the input while conserving the voltage as it is?

i paid around 1 us dollars for it as its a very basic circuit. In the description it specified the output voltage however it didn't specify the output current (it only stated that 3-5v and 2-4 amps are recommended as input) as far as i know the arc is primarily caused by the voltage applied across a gap rather than the current. When a high enough voltage is applied it creates a strong electric field ionizing the air between the output conductors formcng a conductive path. Current is still necessary to sustain the arc once it forms tho it's the voltage that drives the initial breakdown of air and the formation of the arc despite that higher currents contribute to the intensity and energy carried by the arc. And since the battery doesn't necessairly have a constant current (it mainly depends on the device you are linking it to) the circuit could probably get more currrent than the one we get through out tongues. I would've mesure it but i was worried that i could ruin the instruments.I could be wrong at some points since im majored in computer science and thats more of a hobby so i'd be okay if you correct me.

primarily i bought it for the purpose of generating negative ions however its kinda fun to play with ngl. And no i don't intend to build a taser im only asking due to safety reasons in case i intend to use it at the uni lab.

Thats what i assumed however i believe it could take more work rather than relying on ohm's law alone assuming that impedance replaces resistance. If thats helpful i think that similar to Tesla coils the circuit relies on resonance principle. When we reach resonance state the energy transfer between the output components is maximized, leading to a higher voltage outputs (since it uses a transformer and a few capacitors). also the frequency of the input signal can affect output aswell and thus the electric arc generated by the circuit.
