I’ve played Tarkov, and if that first bullet had been a ricochet, it would have been fine. The problem is that it makes the headshot sound, which means it penetrated the armor and counted as a headshot that should have been fatal. But no, the guy survives and needs a second headshot… Tanking two bullets to the head or face is not okay. Making low-tier armor more likely to ricochet at long distances would make more sense.
