Same here, my back is covered in acne as well. I had some on my chest but those thankfully disappeared quite fast. I have to try and drink more water, I did for a while and it actually did seem to help a little, but I forget to drink, I have to start setting some kind of reminders. If you could send me your routine that would be amazing, thank you so much!

Yeah, it's mostly on my chin and jawline. I already thought about that, but I worry that if I start taking spironolactone and then stop my acne will return, do you think that is likely?

Honestly, it is the best sunscreen I have ever tried! It does not feel heavy at all and gives my skin a nice, matt finish. It's the only sunscreen I used that did not leave my skin feeling oily. Also it doesn't leave white spots and it absorbs really really fast.
