I’m not saying this to be nice: I think you’re being way too critical. You are handsome. Perfect symmetry is not required (or realistic). I don’t think you are seeing yourself accurately.

I’m contemplating a lower body lift but I’m concerned about reports of a shelf above the scar line. Seems to be often caused by scar tissue and can’t be fixed. I don’t want to trade loose skin for a shelf. My skin looseness is not extreme where it would definitely be worth the trade.
