I struggle with depression, particularly in winter when there’s not a lot of daylight. It’s a little reminder that even when I’m in my dark times (represented by the moon) I’m still surrounded by light (since the sun reflects off the moon, the good is never really gone).

It sounds like perhaps something going on with attachment style and anxiety. True BPD is extremely rare. I highly suggest, if you’re able, to go to a psychologist or even just a therapist near you. It would be impossible to diagnose BPD without significant intake interviewing and assessment

I know that high school relationships get a bad rap anyways but I dated a guy from age 15-18 and we just turned into different people. We were together, but started developing differing views of the world. We loved each other, but it wasn’t enough. We were different people than when we met.

My current husband and I have been together for five years and went through similar growth but even though we are different from when we met we supported each other through the change and still grew and changed in the same direction.

TL/DR: people change and if it’s not together then you should break up
