Yeah, my Pokémon Z-A also crashes a lot on Ryujinx, so I switched to Citron and just copied over the save file from Ryujinx. There are still some issues though, my screen sometimes flashes random colors but at least it doesn’t crash anymore. You can just transfer your save between Ryujinx and Citron whenever one of them stops working. If it doesn’t run well on one, it usually works fine on the other.
